My Best Friend's Wedding

I came back from Italy a bit early so I could lend a hand to my old schoolfriend Jane, who on 15th July married her boyfriend Carlos. It was a wonderful day and we were lucky to have gorgeous hot sunny weather for it. The ceremony was held at Eccleston village church just outside Chester which is a beautifully picturesque old church - it was crammed with guests! The reception was held at Jane's family home in a marquee, and there were garden games and croquet, and a pianist to keep everyone entertained. Later on there was a Spanish band (as Carlos, unsurprisingly, hails from Spain) and a disco. A good time was had by all. As you can see, Jane looked very lovely in her dress and pearls, and Carlos dashing in his suit. They are currently on honeymoon in Malaysia - lucky things! Well deserved as they both work very hard in their jobs as doctors. Thank you Jane and the family for a wonderful day....
